Nasco Feeding Minds a non Governmental Organisation located in the Sawla-Tuna-Kalba District of the Savannah Region has secured full undergraduate Scholarships for two young Women from the Sawla-Tuna-Kalba District to study Bachelor Degrees in Business Administration in the Canary Islands.

Speaking to Bole based Nkilgi FM, the Executive Director of Nasco Feeding Minds Banasco Seidu Nuhu said ‘Learn for Africa’ is the initiative under which Nasco Feeding Minds secured the full undergraduate scholarships for the two young ladies from the Sawla-Tuna-Kalba District called Domyirimber Hawa and Issah Jazawu from Jelinkon and Soma respectively to study Bachelor Degrees in Business Administration in the Canary Islands.

Mr Banasco Seidu Nuhu alao said the program which is financed by a Spanish based NGO, ‘Mujeres por Africa’ aims at providing opportunities to women to attain their full potential.

He indicated that he will be enrolling more women especially from the Sawla-Tuna-Kalba District unto the program.

He urged the first beneficiaries of the program to light up the way for others to follow.

Domyirimber Hawa and Issah Jazawu from Jelinkon and Soma respectively could not hide their excitement in expressing their heartfelt gratitude to Banasco Seidu Nuhu and Nasco Feeding Minds for the opportunity which they promised to make the most out of.
