The Savannah Regional minister Hon. Salifu Adam Braimah who was strategically selected to join the entourage of Minister for Business Development Hon. Dr. Mohammed Awal on a trip to Qatar has succeeded in getting the attention of some investors who will soon be visiting to explore and invest in the numerous opportunities in the region.
The trip entirely is supposed to deepen bilateral economic cooperation in several promising sectors of the country.
Hon. Salifu Adam Braimah in his address highlighted the enormous potentials in Savannah region with much emphasis on Agriculture considering the availability of fertile land and rivers for irrigation. Tourism was not left out. He obviously indicated that the region is endowed with human resource amongst others.
H.E. Mr Mohammed Bin Ahmed Bin Twar Al- Kuwari after listening to a series of presentations, indicated how prepared and willing they are to partner in improving the economic livelihoods of people in both countries.
